Goodnight, Wednesday!

It is 10:15 p on Wednesday. Quiet here now after many visitors. I have uploaded some pictures to the blog and am preparing to soon close my eyes and go to sleep.

Tonight, I am determined to fall asleep without having my laptop on my lap.

My pain is signifificantly greater today. I am trying to alternate between taking injections and taking the medication orally. I cannot seem to get my body in a comfortable position.

It is less than a week before Election Day and I am not sure how I will get to vote next Tuesday. Is there a provision for an individual in the hospital with a fractured femur?

It has been a very busy day. But now it is time to say Good Night.

I got Merrily's call yesterday and I'm sorry I wasn't home to talk. It was so nice to hear her voice, she sounds like a friend. I wonder if you can get an absentee ballot, we sure do need your vote!

I pray in the name of the God of All Comfort, that they can find a way to ease your pain.

Lifting you up!

I think it is too late for an absentee ballot, but if someone could contact a member of your election board from where you normally vote, I believe you could vote with a provisional paper ballot.

You and your family continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry for this most recent stumbling block, but it sounds like you are making the best of it. God bless the McLaughlin's. They are what I consider to be true, true friends. It is wonderful that this move will enable you to spend more quality time with Merrily and your children. That is so important. I admire your older son for making the decision to spend time at home with you, his Mom and his siblings. It is important to not have to live with any regrets. West Point will always be there. His family needs him now, as well as he needs you. God bless all of you. Enjoy your time together as a family. Make some wonderful memories together. Praise God!

Oh for goodness’ sake! For a second, I thought you guys were talking about Covenant Marriage Seminars. Turns out I’m in the wrong site! Never mind though, ‘cause I really enjoyed what I read.
