Witnessing Jim's struggle (if that's the best name for it) and the response of friends and family has changed my life indelibly. My whole perspective on life, love, dedication and faith has been altered, and I will remember Jim forever, and I pray for and send love to the whole family. Peace...

To be honest when I clicked to read the blog as I have every day for months and saw his picture; I had to click off and take some time knowing what I would be reading!! Not sure if I am ready or not; but here it goes!
Thank you for letting us join in on this journey---it will "forever" change my life.
I will be a better person because of Jim and we never even met!
What a great legacy he has left; what a great man, family and friends!

Today I'm rejoicing with Jim that he has seen His Savior but I am mourning for those of you who were left behind. What an inspirational and faith-filled journey you have had but now the sadness of loss sets in. We have been there and experienced the loss of a parent and our hearts swell with sympathy and sadness. Praying for you, Merrily as you process the loss of your best friend, for your 18 year son as he pursues the path God has chosen for him without his Dad, for your precious daughter who lost her Daddy way too young, and for a fiv eyear old boy who now has to process what seeing Jesus really means. Your whole family is in my hearts and prayers. You are loved from a distance.

I Thess. 4:13-18

13Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. 14We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15According to the Lord's own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18Therefore encourage each other with these words.

Dear Bond Family,
God has been glorified by this blog & will continue to impact others for Jesus Christ in the years ahead. Mr. Bond has left an amazing legacy. We will never forget him. Our hearts are heavy for your loss & we we never cease to pray for you.

I never met Jim in person but I can tell you that this precious, humble man touched my heart and those in my family. It seems that he used every day, every minute, every second of his brief life to shower you all with love and spread the love of King Jesus. As tears stream from my eyes today, I am also grateful that Jim is in the presence of the Lord now hearing, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

We will be praying for you, loving you from afar.

Jim was such a great witness through his suffering. Only a God fearing man with such a wonderful family could go through such suffering and provide such hope for all who knew him or read his blog.
Merrily, Jim is standing before the Lord and is not suffering any more. When I think of Jim in heaven; the verse "Well done good and faithful servant..." comes to mind. The faith you and your family displayed through this ordeal is humbling. Jim was well loved by so many people.
My family and I will pray for the Lord to comfort you and your family.

To the Entire Bond Family,
My thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Jim has inspired more people than I probably will ever know with his strength, courage, and faith in our Lord Jesus. I have prayed first for his healing and for strength for his family. I have from the beginning, expected nothing less than a miracle. I have a difficult time understanding why such a man of God is not left to continue his work here on earth. I brought this up at our last Bible study when we were talking about prayers being answered and the fact that we far to often are looking for our own answer.
Jim's message has taught me that sometimes God answers our prayers in other ways...
God has answered with a miracle like none I have ever seen, thousands of people have open their hearts and minds with prayer, and have witnessed a faith unmatched and a Love without end. While Jim rejoices in the peaceful comfort of our Lord's arms, his legacy will live on in the lives of his family, friends, and anyone who was touched by his Love of the Lord. Thank you all for sharing his love with all of us. You are an incredible family, it is no wonder why Jim's faith grew in the way it did. God Bless each and every one of you.
P.S.
To Jim and Carolyn,
My heart is heavy for you and all you are going through, I can't imagine how proud the two of you must be of the fine young man you raised and the work he has done and continues to do.

To Rod & Keri, Bless you and yours for opening your home, hearts, and minds and for the love you shared with the Bond Family.

What a Testiment of God's love and grace that was shown in just this blog of Jim's love for God. His writing were such an encouragement. I will be praying for you guys in the coming days and months as even though we know that he is in Heaven with God and out of pain and suffering, you still hurt by the lose. Psalm 18:1-6 have been a blessing to me and hope they will be to you. C.S. Lewis quotes: God, who foresaw your tribulation, has specially formed you to go through it, not without pain, but without stain.

After 25 years, Jim and I renewed our friendship less than two months ago. I am honored and humbled that he chose to reach out to me at a time when each day was so precious. We knew each other always in our small town, but became good friends as teenagers soon after I lost my mother to cancer. Our friendship brought me joy back then and again over the past few weeks. He also helped me heal and to bring closure to my mother's death. I gave Jim one unsolicited piece of advice: to write letters to each of his children and to Merrily. He was 20steps ahead of me! I know that you know how lucky you are to be Jim's family and to be so loved by him. I wish you peace during this difficult time.

I realized today, sitting in tearful contemplation, that Mr. Bond was one of the best men I ever knew. The privilege it has been to work with him and interact with him on even the smallest level is extraordinary. God has used Mr. Bond to challenge my priorities, and even my devotion to Him. I am so very grateful for his strength and faithfulness. It has changed who I am and who I am now choosing to be.

I don't feel that I can provide adequate words at this time. I only offer what meager empathy I can. I knew Jim briefly in Forest City, back in the beginning. My father passed under similar circumstances in April at age 65. In his own way he was a strong fighter, too. My heart goes out to each of the Bond Family, Cannan Bible Chapel, and Cornerstone Church, for the loss that all of you know at this time. Faith is the Victory. May God strengthen you and uphold you by His righteous right hand. Psalm 73:23.

I will never forget all the memories that I have with Mr. Bondo. All of his jokes, all of our laughs, our one of a kind science trip. Mr. Bondo was the best most outstanding teacher you could ever ask for. He always helped me when I was confused whether it was in the subject he was teaching or just in future plans. He always cared. I loved him soo much and truly do miss him. But my God is sovereign and in control. Psalm 116:15- "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Mr. Bondo is precious in my Saviour's eyes. What more could I ask for?!
Mrs. Bondo, James, Kat, and Isaac- you are all in my prayers. I love you and will always be here for you when you need me. "Today is the day You have made, WE will rejoice and be glad in it"

I think I've only seen Pastor Jim once at service when I was in "your neck of the woods" from NJ. And, as I alluded to in a post once before, I can read about how many lives he has touched, both in school and in church...

Please know that I have been thinking of you these two days... and even though the sadness of his physical presence is very real even now, be comforted in knowing that he is in His presence... He's probably right now at the biggest science fair enjoying all the answers to all the questions he might ever have had...

He has fought the good fight...

To the Bond Family,

Although I never was privileged to meet you all in person, I WAS privileged to know Jim, and I, like so many others, was richer thereby. It has been an equal privilege to watch Jim and his family face this time with grace, dignity, and an unwavering devotion to the Lord. Although He doesn't cause suffering and pain, He always turns it to goodness. Jim's battle with cancer is such a powerful example! Jim's faith has strengthened that of hundreds or even thousands of others, and I also believe that it brought others to God. What a legacy!

I know that you all are grieving the loss of a loving husband, an equally loving father, and a wonderful friend. I sit here with my eyes full of tears, but they are for Jim's family and friends, not for Jim. He is whole and living in the glory of the presence of the Lord, where he was created to be. I hope that your family is comforted by the knowledge that prayers of support and love are flowing around you constantly, and that God always hears us and is always with you. Each day will be easier, and each day will also bring you closer to the joyous reunion that awaits you!

In the end, I can't help but think of the famous saying, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."
Well done indeed! Hallelujah and Amen! Thank you, Jim, and thank YOU, Merrily - you have been an inspiration to us, and I will think of you often and with love.

I have been reading thru this blog as often as I can....the tears slow me down at times. PLEASE leave this blog online for as long as possible.... It's like a daily pep talk as I read thru Jim's struggles, but am encouraged by his reliance on God's strength. We all have "issues" , most not as serious as Jim's, but his words are such an encouragement. Even though he has left this world, he is STILL having an impact. Thank you for the postings, and please leave this blog on so it will be accessable to all those who stumble upon it in the future.

Good day, sun shines!
There have been times of troubles when I felt unhappy missing knowledge about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright stupid person.
I have never imagined that there weren't any need in large initial investment.
Now, I feel good, I begin to get real money.
It gets down to choose a correct partner who uses your funds in a right way - that is incorporate it in real deals, and shares the profit with me.

You may ask, if there are such firms? I have to answer the truth, YES, there are. Please get to know about one of them:

I've on all occasions liked things like sand clocks, lava lamps, and the like to well-wishing of fair-minded fritter away time staring at it as a formality of catharsis. In a course, it helps me with meditation, to reduce stress and strain and decent assume about nothing. That's why since I was a kid, instead of dolls and cars I've eternally cool more of such pieces like sand clocks, lava lamps, harmonious boxes etc. So I was most delighted when I found the 2-Laser + LED Spry Show Laser Outstrip Gyroscope with Music Effects from DealtoWorld.com under the aegis the Toys section. It's like a melodic belt, a spinning exceed, and a light reveal all rolled into one. Which is great relaxation! The gyroscope pleasure concoct for around a minute. The laser explanation display with accompanying music makes this gyroscope a very corresponding exactly fiddle with that my friends get also been most amused with.

My dogs are also beautiful curious about the laser gyroscope I got from DealtoWorld.com. They each cleave to the gyroscope as it spins, although at earliest they kept barking at the laser light accompany, and also because it produces music. But after they got worn it, they've stopped barking but virtuous maintain following the gyroscope whenever I start spinning it. Kids are also attractive amused by it. Off it's good to maintain pleasing toys throughout the house so that you can desert the toy on while the kids are being amused or playing with it while you go get up foodstuffs or sock changed. The gyroscope is unified such trinket with this purpose.

The gyroscope I bought from DealtoWorld.com has a dragon as a pattern on it, and produces a dainty accompany with red, downcast, and unripened colours. Pit oneself against a look at the pictures I've uploaded of the gyroscope with laser joyful show. The music produced from the gyroscope is not that renowned but facts sufficiency to treat any supplementary visitor to the house. The gyroscope is red and raven, making it look extraordinarily cool, and measure virile with that dragon imprint.

The music light make clear gyroscope runs on 6 LR44 batteries, which are replaceable anyway. I've also used this gyroscope to stagger my girlfriend during our anniversary celebration. I did the cheesy matter of decorating the b & b elbow-room with roses and when I led her in, I started up the gyroscope as correctly so that the laser torchlight clarify produces a fresh effect. I also had some battery operated candles so all the sunrise effects created a degree dreamt-up atmosphere. She loved it, not later than the custom, to my relief. I also bought the candles from DealtoWorld.com. These days it seems to be my oversight shopping placement in return all gifts and ideas in behalf of emotional occasions.

Since Christmas is coming, this laser go down upstage gyroscope can perhaps be a momentous Christmas give-away for the toddler or methodical the mollycoddle! Alternatively, the gyroscope can really be a nice totalling to the established Christmas decorations. I can imagine placing it adjoining the Christmas tree and perhaps spinning it when guests succeed in the house. Looks like DealtoWorld.com is getting my subject yet again!
